The once proud Seahawks, who made the Super Bowl just four years ago, are fluttering in a suddenly wide open NFC West. The only thing this squad has going for them right now is T.J. Houshmanzadeh. That's about it. Matt Hasselbeck's time as a Seahawk is over. It's time to get this guy out and bring in someone else capable of leading, similar to what the Panthers did with Jake Delhomme. Charlie Whitehurst is not that guy. I like their receivers. Golden Tate, the rookie out of Notre Dame, could impress if he had the right guy to throw him the ball. The same goes for Deion Branch, T.J., all of them.

Seattle's defense, particularly their pass defense, was dreadful last year. Not much will be different this year either. However, it could improve slightly this year due to the lack of offensive firepower in other teams within the division.

The bottom line remains, until Hasselbeck is gone, the Seahawks will remain a terrible team. They finish 6-10 this year, good enough for third in the NFC West.

Boy am I tired of hearing about the Saints and their feel good comeback story. In case you don't know, the Saints won the Super Bowl last year (speaking as a Vikes fan, if it wasn't for a few mishaps on the Vikings' part it could have been them). That's good and all, now it's time to prove you can do it again, or at least make the playoffs.

No matter how successful a team is in the NFC South one year, they always come crashing down the next. Over the past decade or so, no team in the division has won back-to-back division titles. This is one of the main reasons why I am picking the Falcons to win the division.

Another thing, nobody seems to be talking about the Saints as a title contender this year. One of the reasons could be because there hasn't been a repeat since the Patriots dynasty earlier in the decade. Some are even saying it's because they are still celebrating their win last year. Whatever. Once the season starts they will be geared up and ready to go just as any other team.

All of the key playmakers are back from last year, so that definitely is a plus. The question is can they duplicate the results from last year. I don't think they will be as dominant through the first 13 games like they were last year but they will put up a solid season. The Falcons will give them a test this time around as well as the Panthers. In the end, I have the Saints at 11-5, placing second in the NFC South.

The Redskins have rebuilt this year, in a way. Mike Shanahan is the new head cheese which should serve the Redskins well. He is an excellent coach with a proven track record. Another change is the much-publicized defection of Donovan McNabb from the Eagles to the division-rival Redskins. McNabb is supposedly the man to take the Redskins back to the playoffs, but he is already having injury troubles. One must wonder how far he can take them on a gimpy leg that will probably become worst as the season wears on.

Clinton Portis gets help in the running game this year in Larry Johnson and Willie Parker. It's pretty evident that they need it, as the Redskins were on of the worst rushing teams last year. All three of these guys are past their prime, so it's difficult to see how much they can actually contribute. Then there's the injury history to consider as well.

The combo of Shanahan and McNabb should serve well. As long as they can shut Albert Haynesworth up or ship him out, they should be serviceable on defense as they were last year. McNabb has a playmaker in Santana Moss that should be exciting to watch.

In the end I think the Redskins will be a vicinity with the Eagles. They will finish 9-7, unless McNabb has a couple more tricks up his sleeve.

The Ravens, like the Jets, are favorites to reach the Super Bowl this year. However, in the case of the Ravens, they actually have something that is a bona-fide threat. Anquan Boldin joins an already solid tandem of wide outs featuring Derrick Mason and Mark Clayton. And oh yeah, Todd Heap is still hanging around to catch some balls when these three guys get double teamed. Joe Flacco has more weapons on offense this year than perhaps any team in the league. Ray Rice is an emerging back that is sure to get more carries this year with nagging injuries to Willis McGahee.

The Ravens were one of the best teams on defense last year, and it looks like that trend will continue this year. The always intimidating Ray Lewis will be a force until the day he retires. Couple him with Terrell Suggs and you've got a pretty fierce linebacker core. Ed Reed, another mainstay on the team, can still crank out some nasty hits and plays the corner position as good as anyone out there.

Flacco has been great for this team. Everything rides on his shoulders. Having a top notch target such as Boldin will do wonders for Flacco, who had 21 touchdowns last year. That number should grow this year.

The Ravens have an excellent chance to win it all. In fact, I believe they will be there at the end of this year representing the AFC. They will also win the AFC North with a 13-3 record.

The NFC West is more wide open than it ever has been in recent memory. I honestly have no idea who will win it this year. I can tell you one thing, it certainly won't be the Rams. Sam Bradford is looking to live up to his rather lucrative rookie contract of $78 million, but this won't be the year he does that. At least not until he gets more help. His top receiver is Donnie Avery and he is injured.

Their offensive line is abysmal, as the Rams were one of the worst teams in the league in giving up sacks to the opposing defense. That has to change before Bradford can be an effective quarterback. Imagine if he had Isaac Bruce and Torry Holt around like in the old days. That would be a pretty dangerous team.

The bottom line remains, Bradford will not live up to his contract, or his potential for that matter, until the Rams get him some help offensively. Until that happens, they will just have to be stuck with a boatload of sacks and Steven Jackson creating from nothing out of the backfield. Bradford has the tools to become a consistent franchise quarterback.

The Rams will finish last in the NFC West with a 4-12 record. The NFC West will be kind to them. In any other division, they would be lucky to get two wins.

Here's some fun facts pertaining to how bad the Raiders were last year, particularly on offense: they were second to last in total yards and points per game. JeMarcus Russell, Bruce Gradkowski, and Charlie Frye combined to throw for a measly 10 total touchdowns. Justin Fargas, Darren McFadden, and Michael Bush had a total of seven rushing touchdowns, tallying a total of 17 offensive touchdowns. Drew Brees had 34 passing touchdowns alone.

This pattern of suckiness is the norm for the Raiders these days. Jason Campbell will take the reigns now, but he injured himself in pre-season action. Zach Miller is the number one passing threat at tight end. Their number one receiver is Darrius Heyward-Bey. Their best defensive player is Nnamdi Asomuwhatnow?

The Raiders' reign of dreadfulness will continue this year. Long suffering Raiders fans will still be dreaming of better days where the hot dog eating, "he put some mustard on that one" John Madden led their team to glory. There's just not much to get excited about here folks. It was really tough. Believe me, I tried. They will finish last in the AFC West at 2-14.

The Jets are seen as the team to beat in the AFC East. With a second year quarterback. With their best defensive player unhappy. I don't know about you, but I am sticking with what's tried and true. The Patriots are a perennial playoff team. They will be until Tom Brady decides to hang 'em up. And oh by the way, the Patriots still have one of the best offenses in the league. They were third in total yards per game and in the top 10 in points per game, as they usually are.

Slot magician Wes Welker will be back this year and hopefully 100% healthy. His absence was a big reason why the Pats flamed out against the Ravens in the playoffs last year. Randy Moss is still there. He can still play. Ben Watson is a viable option at tight end as well. The Pats never were a run-heavy team with Brady at quarterback, and I don't suspect that will change this year. Laurence Maroney will again get the bulk of the carries with a myriad of others pitching in such as Fred Taylor, Sammie Morris, and others.

Defense is where the Patriots fall flat. At least, that's how they fell flat against the Ravens last year. This year looks to be even tougher, as the veteran corner of the group in Leigh Bodden has been placed on the injured reserve list for the year. As a result, they will have the youngest secondary in the league. That could spell trouble. The offense will definitely have to make up for the shortcomings of the defense. Still, as bad as the defense supposedly was last year, they still only allowed 17.8 points per game, the fifth lowest in the league.

It should be an interesting AFC East this year. I think the Patriots hold on to their division crown, narrowly escaping the Jets with an 11-5 record.

Jake Delhomme has been exiled to Cleveland, leaving the Panthers with an intriguing three-headed quarterback core of Matt Moore, Jimmy Clausen, and rookie out of Cincinnati Tony Pike . Moore will obviously get the start, since he saved the Panthers in the 11th hour last year after Delhomme struggled both in his production and staying healthy. I'm curious to see how he will do this season at the helm. He finished last year going 4-1 to finish the year at 8-8 with impressive victories over the Vikings and the eventual champs in the Saints. And as we've learned in previous years, anything can happen in the NFC South.

Another plus for this ball club is that the Panthers won't have to completely rely on Moore to win due to the fact that their running game is the best in football. Jonathan Stewart and DeAngelo Williams provide a potent one-two punch. Williams provides the speed, vision, and evasive abilities, whereas Stewart brings excellent downhill and power running.

Steve Smith is one of three guys left who were on the Super Bowl team just six years ago. He has shown that he can still produce no matter who is under center. The Panthers just need another receiving option, but who? Dwayne Jarrett has yet to fulfill his potential out of USC. I will be keeping a close eye on the Panthers' passing game, or lack thereof.

All in all, the Panthers will most likely finish third in the division behind the Falcons and Saints at 9-7. They just don't have the firepower and consistency necessary to win this division.

These days Aaron Rodgers' name is being thrown around as being one of the top 5 quarterbacks in the game right now. I have to say, from last year's performance, that assessment isn't too far-fetched. His targets aren't too shabby either, as both Greg Jennings and Donald Driver each had over 1,000 yards last year. As much as it pains me to say it, the Packers have a solid group put together prime to make a run in the playoffs.

Many people may point out their defensive deficiencies, but they were in the top 10 in total yards allowed and points allowed. It's just that in the games where the Packers lose, their defense is the main culprit. With the departure of lane clogging defensive end Aaron Kampman, other guys will have to step up.

The Packers secondary is probably the best in the league. Charles Woodson is an absolute ball hawk who has found a niche in the so-called twilight of his career. Atari Bigby, Al Harris, Tramon Williams, and Nick Collins are play great team defense and compliment each other well.

The Packers season will be based on their defense's ability to close out the games that need to be closed out. Their offense is primed and ready to go. I see the Packers edging out the Vikings this year for the NFC North crown with a 13-3 record. And I'm a Vikings fan, so there you go, you cheeseheads!

Ah, the Lions. They've been the punching bag of the NFL for the past decade now and things aren't looking any better. Matthew Stafford and Co. will give it another shot. Maybe he can conjure up something halfway effective with Calvin Johnson, who has yet to achieve his full potential in the league. Kevin Smith has proven he can be effective when he's healthy. Rookie Jahvid Best out of Cal could prove to be an effective second option as well.

Like any other year, the Lions will go as far as their defense will take them. That seems odd to say but it's true. The Lions were dead last in the league in yards and points allowed per game. Their pass defense is dreadful. Their rush defense will get some help with the drafting of Nebraska hoss Ndamukong Suh. Still, he alone win't serve as the antidote for this poor excuse for a defense.

The Lions once again will finish dead last in the NFC North with a record of 3-13.

The Jets are considered by many to be one of the sexy picks to head to the big game this year. And who could blame them? They have an up and coming young quarterback in Mark Sanchez who surprised a lot of people last year in leading his team to the AFC Championship Game. They have a promising running game consisting of the up and comer in Shonn Greene and the old vet in LaDainian Tomlinson who is looking to prove he's got something left in the tank. They have improved their already solid receiving core of Braylon Edwards and Jerricho Cotchery with the additions of Santonio Holmes and the return of Laveraneus Coles. They have one of the best defenses in the league, if not the best, made up of quality players in Shaun Ellis, Kris Jenkins, and Jason Taylor. So they're a shoe-in for the Super Bowl right?

In order to be a Super Bowl team, you need all of your guys to buy into a system, cooperate with one another, and possess the necessary communication skills in order to succeed. There's one problem regarding the Jets, and that is one Sir Darrelle Revis.

Revis wishes to be treated like football royalty. He wants the max contract ever given to any player apparently and the Jets aren't willing to dole out that kind of money. This guy cracks me up. Not only is he threatening to sit out an entire season, but he is willing to lose potential money he could be making if he had settled on his contract this season. What a joke.

Sanchez still needs to mature a bit. He is still quite raw as evidenced by his whopping 20 interceptions last year. That is one of the main reasons why I believe the Jets making the Super Bowl this year is a bit premature. The Jets will finish second in the AFC East behind the Patriots with a record of 10-6, good enough for a wild card berth.

In what is increasingly becoming a fiercely competitive AFC South, the Jaguars are fighting to stay relevant with the same core of guys they've had for the last couple of years. David Garrard has the reigns at quarterback, the speedy little guy in Maurice Jones-Drew headlines the running game, and the bulk of the Jags offense, and Mike Sims-Walker and veteran Torry Holt serve as the two primary passing targets.

Their defense is suspect, with each major category ranging near the bottom of the league. The only bright piece to this puzzle is in Jones-Drew. Outside of him, there isn't much to be excited about for Jacksonville fans this coming season. Attendance never was very good in J'ville and I don't expect it to recover this year either.

Jones-Drew will win a couple of games this season and serve as a nice fantasy pickup, but the rest of the team won't benefit much. The Jags will be finishing last in the division this year with a record of 6-10.

The NFC East is probably the most intriguing division in the NFL this year, as it is in many years. The Giants are a team that really has yet to find its identity since their infamous Super Bowl win over the previously undefeated Patriots.

Eli Manning is still at the helm of an offense that has no real standout. The running game still includes the rough and tough duo of Brandon Jacobs and Ahmad Bradshaw. The passing game is suspect at best. Their depth chart is full of receivers with raw talents such as Mario Manningham, Hakim Nicks, Steve Smith, and Sinorice Moss. There isn't a clear cut number one, and there hasn't been ever since Plaxico Burress shot himself.

Their defense fell flat on its face last year, allowing the third most points per game. They were in the middle of the pack in every other defensive category. There defense is what set them back last year. Their offense struggles to produce while the defense is constantly getting scored on. There is no chance to catch up. Although some credit is due because of the fact that this team was fighting through injuries throughout the season.

The Giants are headed for a rough year in the NFC East, as if they haven't had those in the past. With the resurgence of the Redskins, I think the Giants finish last in the division, although they will go 8-8 for the second consecutive year.

Where's the love for Dwayne Wade? One vote? Really? Wade, with the right supporting cast, is just as effective as Lebron is. I am absolutely baffled at everyone groveling at the feet of this media and self-pronounced King when he hasn't won anything. Wade showed that he could get it done in crunch time, hence the championship jewelry to show for it. I mean, sure, Lebron is talented. No one can take that away from him. He just doesn't have that killer instinct that other players like Kobe and Wade have. He just doesn't.

When Wade gets hot, you could see it. Take for example his game against the Celtics in the playoffs last spring where he was torching the net. He looked at his hand and proclaimed that it was hot! When Kobe gets hot, you can just see the reckless abandoned look in his eyes. He knows that he is going to score and no one can stop him.

People will think I am spouting blasphemy here, but Dwyane Wade is every bit as good as Lebron James. Both of these guys are born bread scorers and distributors. I think they will play well off of each other this coming year. Chris Bosh will probably be averaging 25+ points a game because of the open and easy buckets he will get from the defense scrambling trying to contain James and Wade. All I'm saying is stop proclaiming James to be the godsend of modern basketball and take a closer look at the teammate he has who has already been to the mountaintop of basketball glory.

After leading the Falcons to an 11-5 bounce-back season and a playoff berth in his rookie year two years ago, Matt Ryan was considered by many to be the savior of the franchise. Now, after a mediocre 9-7 finish last year that was plagued by injury for Ryan, he's looking to bounce back once more.

Keep in mind, in the NFC South in the last 10 years, no team has won the division in back-to-back years. Every team has a chance to win it each year, except for the Bucs who aren't going anywhere fast. Ryan's Falcons have an excellent chance at winning the division this year, given the prospect of good health. Michael Turner, who was also injured last year, has the opportunity to return to the form that he showed two years ago where he rushed for 1,700 yards.

Wide out Roddy White has shown that he can be a reliable go-to guy. Tony Gonzalez is still in the mix. Although he is getting up in years, he has shown he can still produce with the best tight ends in the game as evidenced by his 867 yards last year.

I'm also interested to see if defensive end John Abraham can return to form from two years ago where he recored 16.5 sacks.

It seems like everything was mired in mediocrity for the Falcons last year. This year presents a very good chance to snag a wild card spot, if not the NFC South. I look for them to win the division, going 11-5.

The mood in Philly is somber. For the first time in quite some time, the Eagles are not ensured a playoff spot. For the first time in quite some time, the Eagles do not have a Pro Bowl quarterback leading them, at least not yet. And for the first time in a long time, the Eagles' rushing attack will balance out their passing game. Okay, I was lying about that last one. Did you really think Andy Reid would ever do that?

With Donovan McNabb bolting for the rival Redskins, the Eagles are left with an upstart young gun in Kevin Kolb and the misunderstood Michael Vick. Personally I think Vick should be leading these Eagles, but I'm not the brilliant coach Reid.

Now that Brian Westbrook is gone, the impressive LeSean McCoy will get the bulk of the carries. The Eagles have the receiving talent in Jeremy Maclin, DeSean Jackson, and others. It's now up to Kolb to get the ball to them. Personally, I think people have read too much into his pair of 300-yard passing games last year. The good thing about sports is there is always the chance to prove people wrong.

The dirty birds could drop to last place in the division this year. It all rests on the shoulders of Kolb. I'm going to say they will finish 9-7, good enough for third in the division.

It's their party, they'll cry if they want to. And they have. Like a 6 year old girl stomping her feet and throwing a tantrum, the Phillies have tried to justify their poor play and offensive ineptitude recently on anyone but themselves. Claiming that the Umpires were largely to blame in their first two losses to the Houston Astros, the Phillies are starting to show signs of fatigue and frustration. First it was the Michael Bourn play, then it was Ryan Howard's check swings the following night.

The Phillies need to take a long, hard look in the mirror and understand that they, not the umpires, are in control of their destiny. A game should never come down to one call, and if the Phillies were playing well, they wouldn't be putting themselves in a position where an umpire's mistake loses them the game.

The character and heart of this Phillies' team has played an integral part in their success over the last few years. They've carried with them a certain swagger and confidence that makes other teams take notice when they come to town. But recently, they're not playing well, and their crying about it and blaming the umps. This is not the Phillies team I've come to love and respect so much. I know they're a mentally strong bunch, but they're not acting like it right now.

Due to the talent level and experience on this team, they'll probably sneak into the playoffs despite their recent setback. But if they want to make a run at a third straight World Series berth, they're going to have to recapture the mental toughness and resilience that made them such a feared opponent in the first place.

An intriguing team to watch this year is a team that is buried in the AFC East behind the Jets and Patriots. That team is the Dolphins. Upon Chad Pennington's injury last year, the other Chad, Chad Henne, came in and did a serviceable job replacing him. This team has a couple tricks up its sleeve. Ricky Williams showed he can sill produce in the NFL when he gets focused. Ronnie Brown, barring another injury plagued season, has showed in the past that he can put up the numbers as well. Their running game looks to be in good shape for this year.

Also, with the acquisition of Brandon Marshall, Henne has a pretty decent target to throw the ball to. Davone Bess should have another pretty good year. He will most likely serve as the second receiver and draw some of the attention off Marshall.

The Dolphins' division makes this season a lot tougher than if they were in the AFC West for example. I expect them to finish third in the AFC East with a 9-7 record, narrowly missing the postseason.

Peyton Manning, like Brett Favre, is hailed as one of the best if not the best quarterback in the game. And, like Favre, Manning only has one Super Bowl ring. He sure does have the stats to back those claims up though. Boy does he ever have the stats. Peyton will look to add to his legacy this year and possibly win the Super Bowl this year instead of getting there and choking or choking before even getting there.

Everyone is back from last year, including a healthy Bob Sanders. Like usual, their defense will be excellent, headlined by guys such as Clint Sessions, Robert Mathis, Dwight Freeney, Gary Brackett, and others.

Once again Manning has the targets he had last year with the addition of Anthony Gonzalez who sat out all of last year. The question is, come playoff time, can these guys deliver? They have done so in the past time and time again, but have fallen short countless times. I predict them finishing a seemingly boring 12-4 record for them due to the fact that they seem to be around that record every season now. We'll see what Manning and the boys are made of come playoff time.

The word reverberates in his mind following every heart-breaking, season ending defeat: Choke. When you look up choke in the dictionary, a picture of Tony Romo's face comes up, and all you see is that smug grin that makes us Eagle fans hate on him so much. Choking is all he's ever done in the clutch, and for the life of me, I don't know how anyone in their right mind can actually put the Cowboys in the Super Bowl conversation entering this season. Sure, they will make the playoffs. Heck, with the amount of talent they have on both sides of the ball, they should win the division handily. And as the Eagles will almost assuredly be eliminated from contention by season's end, at least I can sit back and enjoy watching Romo conjure up yet another creative way to blow an 11-12 win season for the Dallas Cowboys. Things just seem so much easier during the regular season, huh Tony?

Let's think back to Romo's first ever playoff start...you remember, right Cowboys fans? The game where Romo drove the Cowboys all the way down the field to set up the would be go ahead field goal, then botched the snap on the field goal attempt? And then there was the 44-6 loss to the Eagles on the final day of the regular season, and of course last season, when Romo was absolutely manhandled by the ferocious Minnesota defensive front. Well, news flash, Tony...it's not easy to win playoff games in the NFL, so stop crying. You are to blame for the Cowboys failures over the last few years.

I will say, however, that I commend the job done by Jerry Jones in the last few months. He's been able to overcome all the hardships in his life and avoid being drunkenly videotaped saying something outrageously stupid to a complete stranger. Cowboy fans, you should be proud.

Prediction: Dallas will finish 12-4 and lose in the second round. And yes, I will have my popcorn ready.

What is there to say about the Chiefs? Aside from the Buccaneers, they could be the worst team in football this year. The one-year wonder Matt Cassel is at the helm again and this time... he is pretty much in the same predicament as last year. He had that one great year in New England filling in for the injured Tom Brady and wanted an opportunity to start. He got that wish, though he probably has some regrets considering the situation he is in now with the Chiefs.

Now that Larry Johnson is gone, their running back situation is wide open. There isn't one back in the depth chart that sticks out. Their top receivers are Dwayne Bowe and Chris Chambers. Their defense is one of the worst in the league in every category. Want me to say something positive about this squad? The way they are currently constructed makes it very difficult, so... sorry but I can't. The Chiefs will finish the year at 3-13.

With Antonio Pierce gone from the Giants and newly acquired Keith Bulluck to take a chance at becoming the starting middle linebacker, only a psychic can predict the future for the starting linebacking core. Last season the Giants had a mix n match time with their linebackers and it seems like its starting over again during the pre-season. Its been said that the coaches have a new set of three linebackers every practice to see which they feel most comfortable with. The Giants are looking for their best three-man lineup at linebacker, which could mean moving Bulluck to outside linebacker as opposed to backing up Goff. The experiment could be an indication of the coaching staff's confidence that Goff will be the starting middle linebacker. All I have to say is that the season is starting in a few weeks and they need to get situated so players can get accustom to playing with each other. Everyone has their own playing style and tendencies and flipping players screws up the team’s chemistry. The Giants need to settle on their starters and get their defense going.

The Chargers are a team that every year has potential and expectations but every year fall short of both of those. They did away with Tomlinson, so that opens the door for little man Darren Sproles as the main back. Many have questioned his ability to be an every down back. Ryan Matthews will help out with the load, but if Sproles gets hurt, their running game will be almost completely useless. They were dead last in running last year and it looks like that trend will contine this year.

Philip Rivers is still their quarterback, which is definitely a plus. Vincent Jackson, Rivers' top target last year is gone. Antonio Gates will still be there to provide Rivers with a tall set of hands.

The AFC West is an unbelievably weak division and for that reason alone I will pick the Chargers to win it with a record of 11-5, maybe even one less win. They just don't impress me. History reinforces my feelings towards them as well.

The NFC West is more wide open then ever this year with the departure of Kurt Warner and Anquan Boldin from the Cardinals. It's weird to say that the Cardinals were the frontrunners in the division due to the Seahawks constant dominance earlier in the decade and the fact that the Cardinals used to be god-awful. It looks like this year will be another feeling out process for USC stud turned dud Matt Leinart at quarterback. He was given the shot before as Warner sat the bench, but did not get the job done. Now, who knows if Leinart's learned anything? I guess we will find out soon enough.

Beanie Wells and Tim Hightower will be there to provide the team with a solid running game, which they will need more of this year since one of their all-pro receivers has flown the coup and betrayed his own species (referring to Boldin's signing with the Ravens). They still have Larry Fitzgerald and Steve Breaston.

We'll see if newly inked Joey Porter can have an impact on the defensive end on a team that has a couple of standout individual defenders but not very good team defense, as evidenced by last year's scorefest against the Packers in the playoffs.

I will be generous in their record for this year due to the fact that their is no standout within their division. They will go 7-9, maybe a win better.

That sure seems like a long time ago doesn't it? That's because it was. The Bucs have only been back to the playoffs twice since then, losing both contests.

This year it looks like more of the same for this franchise. Pick your Josh. Neither Josh Freeman or Josh Johnson have what it takes to be a starting quarterback in this league and that's all they've got.

At running back they are left with Cadillac Williams and Derrick Ward, both of which haven't shown anything resembling consistency. Newly minted Gerald McCoy out of Oklahoma might help them on the defensive end, but there's only so much one guy can do.

This team does not have many bright areas and for that they are going to finish with the worst record in the league at 2-14.
